About Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union
Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union is a financial cooperative owned by our members - you. We have more than 50,000 members and we're growing every day. All deposits at Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union are federally insured by the full faith and credit of the US Government up to at least $250,000 through the NCUSIF - the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund administered by the National Credit Union Association (NCUA). NCUSIF insurance is a separate federal insurance fund similar to the deposit insurance protection offered by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC). Your deposits that exceed the NCUA's $250,000 limits are insured by the Massachusetts Share Insurance Corporation (MSIC) up to $600,000 for individual accounts, $1,200,000 for joint accounts, $1,200,000 for organizational accounts, and an unlimited amount for IRA accounts.

Who is Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union?
We've been part of the Greater Lowell Community for nearly a Century. Established in 1912, we opened our first office in the basement of the church on Merrimack Street, in Lowell's Acres section, to encourage the everyday consumer to save. By 1936, Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union moved to the corner of Merrimack and Cabot Streets where the Main office still stands today. We have expanded to six branches, three High School branches and two loan centers and relocated our corporate headquarters to 1 Tremont Place, home of the historic Tremont Yard mill site in downtown Lowell.
We live here. With more than two hundred employees, over 40% reside in the city of Lowell and the remaining live in the communities we serve.
