Online Banking Features
Online Banking offers you FREE, easy, secure access to your accounts, giving you the flexibility to control your finances how and when you want. It's safe, fast and easy to manage your accounts on your terms.
- Review your account activity with up to the minute balances.
- Research your account history.
- Online Statements - Save time and reduce the chance of ID Theft by accessing your statements online, free of charge.
- Create scheduled transfers, one-time or recurring, to and from all eligible Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union Accounts.
- Alerts: Monitor your accounts by scheduling Alerts to notify yourself of balance levels, cleared checks, maturity dates, loan payment due dates and more.
- Pay bills online with Bill Payment (a Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union Checking Account is required).
- Reorder your checks.
- Transfer funds to other Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union Accounts that you are not an owner of with Cross Account Access. Please submit an Online Form request within Online Banking or call our Member Service Center to sign-up for this free service.
- View, save and print up to 3 months of your cancelled checks.
- Download and track your finances.
- Use Online Forms to securely send service requests such as address changes, stop payments and more.

How Do I Login?
To login for the first time simply enter your Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union ID Number and your CALL24 PIN (personal identification number) as your Password.

A Note About Inactivity
Any Online Banking user who does not access their Online Banking account within 90 days or more is considered inactive. Inactive Online Banking accounts are automatically purged from our system on a routine basis. A member who has been purged for inactivity can always re-activate their Online Banking account by using their current CALL24 PIN as their Online Banking password. If you're not sure what your CALL24 PIN is simply call our Member Service Center at (978) 452-5001 or send Member Services an email using our Secure Guestbook. Any member who provides a valid email address within Online Banking will receive an email warning them that they will be purged from the system if not activated within 30 days.
Bill Payment
What is Bill Payment?
Bill Payment allows you to pay your bills online anytime you want - conveniently, safely, and efficiently without the worry of counting the number of bills you pay, writing checks, pasting stamps or addressing envelopes.
- Bill Pay is FREE
- Set up one-time payments or arrange recurring payments
- View pending and past payments
- Feel confident knowing your information is safe and secure.
How Do I Register?
All you need is a Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union Checking Account and Online Banking access. Simply login to Online Banking, click on the Bill Payment icon and follow the simple instructions.

Online Statements
What Are Online Statements?
Online Statements are a secure way for you to access your statements electronically simply by logging into your Online Banking Account. It's just like receiving your monthly paper statements in the mail, except you won't have to wait for the post office because all your historical statements (up to 6 months) are stored online for anytime access.
- View, print and save your statement(s) on your personal computer.
- Receive your statement(s) 3 to 4 days earlier than regular postal mail.
- Reduce mailbox clutter and your chances of becoming a victim of ID Theft.
How Do I Enroll?
Simply follow the steps below:
- Login to your Online Banking Account with your Jeanne D'Arc Credit Union ID #
- Click "Account Access" icon then click "Online Statements"
- Read and Accept the Online Statements User Agreement
- A list of your available statements will appear. Click the icon next to the statement you want to view
To view your statement you will need the Adobe Acrobat Reader software. We recommend using the most current version which can be downloaded for free from your Online Statements page or click Adobe Acrobat Reader now.
