To apply for a loan, you must qualify for Membership. In addition to making real estate loans within our field of membership, real estate mortgage loans may be made on property anywhere in Massachusetts or located within a 100 mile radius of the Credit Union's Lowell Office.

Application Checklist*
- Original Purchase and Sales Agreement signed by all parties
- Copies of pay stubs for the most recent 30-day period
- Copies of W-2s for the previous two years
- Two months complete bank statements for checking, savings, retirement accounts and mutual funds.
- For self-employed borrowers: A signed year to date Profit and Loss statement along with signed copies of the last two years federal income tax returns (personal & business)
- If refinancing, you will also need:
- Copy of Real Estate Tax Bill
- Copy of Homeowner's Insurance Policy
- Copy of Recorded Deed
- Copy of current first mortgage statement
*Additional documentation may be required due to the nature of your financial background.
Rate Lock Policy
The Interest Rate on mortgage requests via the internet will be held for seven (7) calendar days from the date the request acknowledgement is issued from the credit union to the applicant.
To secure the rate lock, the credit report fee and processing fee must be received at the credit union within seven (7) calendar days of the application. If the fees are not received within the specified time period, the rate will not be locked.
