Membership is available to anyone who lives, works, or attends school in Middlesex or Essex counties, the cities or towns of Fitchburg, Leominster, Harvard, Lunenburg or Lancaster, or the New Hampshire counties of Hillsborough or Rockingham
However, we are allowed to make real estate mortgage loans on properties within a 100 mile radius of Lowell or anywhere in Massachusetts.
